I wanted a transparent Dock for my PopOS system.

How to change Transparency on the Dock

For Transparency, you may use whatever value between 0–1 that suits your theme and need for transparency. See below.

How to set Transparency

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.dash-to-dock background-opacity 0.2

How to set it to Opaque

gsettings set org.gnome.shell.extensions.dash-to-dock background-opacity 1
