Hi reader, I'm your host on this journey. My job title is Digital Dreamer

I traveled a long way on the digital highway. I will open up my journey and hope to help you on yours. My motto for my sites is: sharing is caring.

As I'm retired from active duty in the corporate jungle - I now have time to write this blog about my experiments with Proxmox, Docker and VM's.

English is not my first language, it's the third. I'm also dyslectic. - that is why I sometimes write things funnily. But, dyslexia it's my Super Power alongside my mild Autism.

Since 1975, I have been a home lab enthusiast. Worked with IT from 1970. About 25 years for Fortune 500 companies, rest as an independent entrepreneur and senior consultant, IT and Management. Happily retired from IT in 2011 and business 2020.

Adopted MS-DOS from 0.1, started with Linux Red Hat really early, then Ubuntu when it came and finally ten years ago Arch Linux. Virtualization started with VirtualBox in beta, KVM/QEMU, XenServer, XCP-ng and finally Proxmox

- I wish you a nice a nice journey
